PKR33 uses age and identity verification procedures as part of its KYC obligations. Any attempt to circumvent age verification controls may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.
PKR33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending resolution.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You must not register using false details, a pseudonym or another person's identity. Only one Account per person is permitted. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

Deposits to your PKR33 Account must be made using payment methods currently listed as available in the cashier section of your Account. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice.
Currency: The Platform may display amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other currencies as applicable to the operator's cashier configuration. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish or otherwise exploit any PKR33 intellectual property without the prior written consent of PKR33. Unauthorised use of PKR33 trademarks, trade names or branding in any form is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR33 and the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
PKR33's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim, whether arising in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
Termination by the User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting PKR33 support. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and AML checks.
Termination by PKR33: PKR33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated for cause, PKR33 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account and to offset costs incurred in investigating the breach.
PKR33 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be updated in the "Last Updated" field at the head of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction.
